Vigilant Canine Services International was recently one of the proud sponsors for the Western State Police Canine Association conference that was held on October 19th-21st. VCSi was honored to be a sponsor and was thrilled to provide the donation of a police canine. We also had the pleasure of meeting many of the canine handlers from all over California and Nevada.
