Vigilant Canine Services International recently attended and helped sponsor the 5th annual Invictus Law Dog Conference. This conference was held in Las Vegas, Nevada May 25th and 26th. The top K-9 trainers, K-9 handlers, and K-9 exhibitors traveled from across the US for this event.
At this event, handlers were able to choose from a variety of classes taught by experts in the areas of Narcotics Detection, Explosives Detection, and Patrol. VCSi’s CEO Buck Dikes taught a class K-9 Search Techniques combined with K-9 Training for the Non-Handler Officers. VCSi’s Director of Law Enforcement Services, Ron Cloward, taught two classes: K-9 Character Traits and Handler Selection for Supervisors.
VCSi was honored to be able to attend and help sponsor this great K-9 event. VCSi personnel were excited to be able to teach classes and help handlers trouble shoot issues they were having in the field. It was great to meet all of the K-9 handlers and law enforcement agencies that stopped by the VCSi booth. We are looking forward to the opportunity to provide quality K-9s and world class K-9 services to all of you.
