Vigilant Canine Services International had the honor of attending the California Narcotics Officers’ Association (CNOA) conference November the 20th-23rd in Anaheim CA. VCSi personnel had the pleasure of meeting a large number of law enforcement agencies from all over the western United States. It is exciting to see the positive responses everybody has to our Law Enforcement Program for canine services. We are looking forward to working with all of you in the future.
