Vigilant Canine Services International recently attended the 2011 Hollywood Celebrity Shooting Clays invitational on June 11th. The event was held at the Oak Tree Gun Club in Newhall, California. This event was a star-burst of celebrities that took part in a fun-filled day of World Class eco-friendly sporting clays shooting to benefit major charities.
VCSi was there to donate a German shepherd puppy for the charity auction. The events proceeds were raised to benefit the following charities: Guide On, Wounded Warriors, Paralyzed Veterans of America, Children of Hero’s Wish Program, and, Gallant Few.
VCSi’s Director of Business Intelligence, Shaun Hoover and VCSi’s International Operations Manager, and retired Shasta County undersheriff, Mr. Greg Wrigley attended the event. Mr. Hoover was quoted saying “We are privileged to be involved with an event such as this that raises money for so many great charities”.
