NORTHERN CALIFORNIA INTERNATIONAL COMPANY RECEIVES HIGH HONORS IN AFGHANISTAN

Helping To Win The War On Terror

Kabul, Afghanistan (September 16th, 2010) Vigilant Canine Services International LLC, an international canine services group, was awarded the “Commander’s Commendation” for their outstanding contribution to the Support Group of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). The Commendation was presented by U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel and BSG Commander Joseph L. Brazell on Sep 16th 2010.

Vigilant Canine Services International, LLC, had four canine handlers receive this high honor. Brendan Johnson, John Badillo, Gyln Barratt and George Hruby are the dedicated handlers whose excellence was recognized. Their efforts have been to provide explosive detection to the ISAF Head Quarters in Afghanistan and to help insure the safety of many top military officials.

VCSi has been supporting the freedom efforts in Afghanistan since 2007 and is currently the one of the largest providers of detection dog teams for private security and military in Afghanistan.
