Buckley Dikes, founder of VCSi

Vigilant Canine Services International was founded by Buckley D. Dikes in 2007. With over twenty years of K-9 experience as a K-9 commander in the U.S. and a handler in Iraq, and with the experience as Country Director of Afghanistan for a large K-9 company, Mr. Dikes saw the need for a K-9 company with an infrastructure large enough to be dependable on a global scale. Mr. Dikes founded VCSi to meet this need.

VCSi is a Nevada corporation, with offices located in California. VCSi operations span the globe with compounds, training centers, breeding centers and staff located in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the U.S. VCSi’s large infrastructure and extensive resources far exceed those of an ordinary K-9 company. This is why VCSi can continue expanding its clientele nationally and internationally, while maintaining a service level making us the premier K-9 service provider in the world.
